RFP 2026-008-ST – Child Care Service Organization

Description:

Pembina Trails School Division invites proposals from qualified child care organizations to establish and operate a licensed childcare centre at the new École kā-iskonākwahk School, located at 175 Skyline Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The facility will accommodate 20 infant spaces, 80 preschool spaces, and 30 before- and after-school care spaces, with an anticipated opening in September 2027.

Terms of Agreement
The initial agreement will be for five (5) years, with an option to renew for an additional five (5) years.

Issue Date: October 26, 2026
Closing Date: November 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST

Submission Requirements:
Two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic PDF copy must be submitted before the closing deadline.
