Section H: Negotiations

The Division is utilizing the National Education Policy Network (NEPN) system for policy coding and classification. As this system is designed to serve school boards throughout North America, not all titles found in the indexes will be appropriate to the Pembina Trails School Division at this time.

In the Province of Manitoba, Canada, Labour Relations, including collective bargaining, are governed by Provincial Statues, in particular, The Labour Relations Act. For this reason, Pembina Trails School Division has chosen not to have local policy on the matters identified in this section of the policy manual.
