Report Cards
As you are likely already aware, Westdale School uses the web-based scheduler system for the three reporting periods. You will be able to view your child(ren)’s report card online provided you have set up an account already. If you have not already done so, we need you to set up your account as soon as possible, so that you will be able to use your account when the report cards become available for viewing. You only have to do this once. If you are having trouble accessing the system, please refer to our troubleshooting document that can help you with accessing the system. We hope this program will serve as an efficient tool for you in the interest of home-school communication.

Tri-Conferences (Parent/Guardian, Student, Teacher)
The same web-based scheduler system is also used to book appointments for Tri-Conferences. During specific times throughout the year, the system will be open for you to book your Tri-Conferences. The appointment blocks book up very quickly so please ensure you log on as promptly as possible so that you can book an appointment with your child(ren)’s teachers. Please be aware that you must book a separate appointment with each individual teacher that you would like to meet with. It is not necessary for you to book an appointment with your child(ren)’s advisor teacher. Due to the limited number of appointments, we need to prioritize these times. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your child(ren)’s progress.
