Library Learning Commons
The Beaumont library learning commons is a vibrant, collaborative environment that emphasizes student and staff learning through the model of inquiry and exploration. Our library shelves host a wide and varied selection of quality reading materials, available in a variety of formats, ensuring that every student is able to find a book that suits his/her interests and reading levels.
Our school-wide emphasis on literacy and engagement comes to life in our library learning commons as students participate in literacy-rich learning experiences where every student is a reader and a writer.
The library learning commons is accessible and available for students to experiment with coding and a variety of engaging Makerspace activities. Students can also be found participating in chess club, sewing club, writing club, Lego, art and science design challenges, as well as a wealth of other student-directed activities.
Little Lending Library:
We are pleased to offer our students and our community the opportunity to access books throughout the year at our Little Lending Library located at the front of our school. Students, parents and community members are encouraged to bring a book, take a book and leave a book to share the love of reading!
