Bairdmore School Lunch Supervision Program 

Registration Deadlines: Term 1-1st Week of Sep., Term 2-1st Week of Jan., and Term 3-1st Week of Apr.

Important Information to parents- Please read carefully before you proceed.

  • Please read all instructions before you proceed and contact baclunchprogram@gmail.com if you need assistance.
  • Bairdmore School Lunch Supervision Program is ONLY to supervise kids during the lunch hour, inside and outside their classrooms. We DO NOT SUPPLY LUNCHES for kids, so the parents must send in a lunch for their kids.
  • Program registration is for Grades 1 - 5 students ONLY. Kindergarten Children are NOT accepted into the program
  • A new form should be filled out for each child.
  • Please register your child using this form online, before the above registration deadlines and pay with a CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
  • The registration includes a full-year payment ticket, pay-by-term tickets, and pay-by-the-month tickets. If you have more than 2 kids in the program, use the 3rd child tickets(Full, terms, or monthly). Therefore, please make the selections that best fit your needs. The maximum payment per student per school year should not exceed $200. However, the decisions about refunding money will be made according to the Pembina Trails School Division's guidelines.   
  • Please note that registrations without payment will not be accepted unless you pay by cash/cheque and immediately email baclunchprogram@gmail.com about your registration without a payment, to have it processed.
  • Incomplete applications without online payments OR cheques with no registration record will NOT be processed/accepted.
  • NEVER send payments to school with your children. Hand them to the school office, in person in a sealed envelope with the student's name and classroom marked.
  • For the third child onward, the fee is $100.00 per child. For accidental $200 full payments made using a credit card, a refund of $100.00 will be processed manually, so choose your tickets accordingly as per below and notify us immediately if anything is unclear before you pay.

FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE:  

TICKETS:

Full Year Payment (September to June) - $200.00 per student.

Term 1: September-December - $80 per student

Term 2: January-March - $60 per student

Term 3: April-June - $60 per student 

Regular Monthly tickets(Pay by the month- Due on each first week of the month): $20 each and 10 max

Third Child Discounted Tickets: Full year-$100, Term 1-$40, Term 2-$30, Term 3-$30, Monthly-$10 each 10 max( Due dates remain the same)

If you are unable to pay by credit card as our preferred method, please write a cheque payable to Bairdmore Lunch Program (NOT to Bairdmore School), hand it to the school office, and notify the lunch program by emailing baclunchprogram@gmail.com 

  • The cheque should be dated no later than September 1, 2024, or the first day of the corresponding month/term  and incomplete cheques will be returned

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If you pay online, please retain your confirmation email and receipt for tax purposes. You will NOT be sent another tax receipt.
  • No partial refunds will be made for school in-service days or holidays and students on vacation from school.
  • Please note that a minimum charge of $10.00 per returned NSF cheque will be applied.
  • If the Lunch Supervision Program has not received yearly, term, or monthly payments, your registration will not be processed.
  • Please submit all your cheque payments to the School Office with your child's name and classroom (in September 2024) indicated on the envelope
