EAL

The English as an Additional Language (EAL) program ensures that language learners receive all of the supports needed to be successful. This program is in addition to the language supports that newcomer students receive in and out of class during the school day. We also have the following programs in place:

• EAL lunch program
• After-school EAL support program
• Peaceful Village program
• English Language Acquisition Plans (ELAPS) are in place to facilitate appropriate programming for each English Language Learner
